Description

Removal (complete tear-off) of the existing built-up roofing system and replacement with a new single ply adhered single ply EPDM roofing system. Mechanical and electric disconnects and replacement/rerouting of air conditioning line sets and conduit/wiring are also included. Alternate bids are requested for a mechanically attached EDPM system. Alternate bids are requested to remove and replace roof top units (including air conditioning condenser, in lieu of removing and reinstalling the existing roof top units. The period of performance is 60 days. IFB 241-04-BI-3518 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. Project Magnitude is $100,000.00 - $500,000.00. This proposed acquisition listed herein is to award an Indian-Owned firm pursuant to the Buy Indian Act. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
