Description
Marine Corps System Command, Program Manager for Training Systems (PMTRASYS) intends to solicit responsible sources for the purpose of providing Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) services in support of the Marine Corps live fire tactical training ranges and Tactical Engagement Simulation System (TESS) equipment worldwide. The LCCS encompasses operations, maintenance, life cycle sustainment, accountability and reporting. The scope of the effort entails continued fielding of current Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System 2000, (MILES 2K) and covers equipment issue/recovery, accountability, inventory control and equipment storage, repair of equipment damaged during exercise use, technical support to TESS supported field training exercises, familiarization training, sustainment training, and overall program management support for total equipment visibility and data collection. In addition, for any new or additional systems and/or equipment that would support operations and training worldwide. All interested companies must have experiences and qualifications in the following categories: FMS Past Performance, LAN Installation, established sources of supply, qualified labor categories, subcontractor management, and technical capabilities. Interested companies must submit proof of the qualifications and give, at the Government?s facility or over the phone, a presentation of technical capabilities and overseas program management experience. The Government will have additional questions during the presentation to ensure the success of the project. A proposal is not required at this time. The Government will not reimburse any of the incurred cost in reference to this notice. Additional Marine Corps trainers may be included for support as they are added into the Marine Corps inventory. The new additions to the contract will be separately identified and negotiated at time of incorporation.
