- The Office of Naval Research (ONR), Code 351, in cooperation with the US Army, Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (ARDEC), as part of a collaborative effort, is interested in receiving White Papers and Full Proposals for new innovative Science & Technology (S & T) in areas pertaining to high speed projectile launch, delivery, lethality and other related EM launch applications.
