- CONTACT Mike Bernicker, Electronics Engineer, (732) 427-5143. This Market Survey is to locate sources for supplying and repairing Rubidium Oscillators used in the Advanced Quicklook Interface Unit Test Set and CHAALS Processor. The oscillators being sought must be in accordance with Specification Control Drawing A3024331, Oscillator, Frequency Standard - Rubidium. This will be a 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for both supplying and repairing the oscillators. Supplie rs capable of providing this support must so indicate by writing to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-IEW-R-AS(Bernicker), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. E-mail is also acceptable.
