- Due to the absence of approved crytographic interface requirements, Request for Proposal for Phase B, Modernized User Equipment (MUE) will not be issued on November 2004. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the government as to its ultimate acquisition approach.
