Description

This is a commercial items acquisition conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This acquisition is for janitorial services to be performed at the VA Medical Center in Miami, FL. Services will include cleaning of lobbies, stairwells, administrative areas, public/staff restrooms, waiting areas, and elevator cars. Services are to be provided between the hours of 3:30pm and 12:00 midnight, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The contract period will consist of a base period of twelve months. This procurement will be set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Businesses, NAICS Code 561720, and size $14.00 mil. The electronic solicitation may be downloaded on http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa. The offeror is responsible for downloading all amendments and other documents from the BOS website without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Miami FL.
