- Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to add 8 NSNs to an existing long term contract with L-3 Communications Avionics Systems, Inc. (Cage 25583). All NSNs have been deermined to be sole source items of L-3. This addition will carry the same terms and conditions of the existing contract. See note 22.
