- Description
- Solicitation is ammended to increase quantity from 8 each to 17 each. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This requirement is for a firm fix buy for NSN 1560-00-659-6269, Door Assembly, P/N 3763035-31, Lockheed Martin Corporation, purchase request number FPG04265000465, for a quantity of 3 each. Terms and conditions are FOB origin, Inspection/Acceptance, Origin, delivery 180 days ARO. DSCR does not have an approved technical data package for this NSN. DO NOT call DSCR-VABA for drawing information. If you are not currently in the item discription, you must provide a complete technical data package for review and approval. Final contract decision will be based on price, past performance and other factors as so stated in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 14 October 2004. It is anticipateds that award will be made via a delivery order against a Bassic Ordering Agrerement. Notes 9, 22 and 26 apply.
