- Description
- The Naval Air Depot, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC is seeking proposals for the replacement of the helicopter main rotor blade (Whirltower) computer based test system. The test system will be used for acquiring, displaying and storing information necessary to aerodynamically balance helicopter main rotor blades. This requirement includes the replacement of the existing optical blade tracker, wind speed and direction tranducers, main pitch control motor, mechanical components, and position transducer for interface with the new test system and operator controls as necessary.
