- This announcement serves as the pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR 5.203(a)(1). Notice: Funds are not currently avaialble for this acquisition. Award of any resultant contract is contingent upon funds being made available. The 27th Contracting Squadron will issue a Request for Proposal for the Grease Trap Skimmming, Cleaning and Pumping Service. Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, all equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to peroform regularly schedule skimmming, cleaning, and pumping for approximately 8 grease traps at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Performance will begin on or about 1 October 2004 and include a basic year plus four one-year options. The solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562991 with a $6.0 million Small Business Size Standard. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 6 August 2004.
