Description
The Government intends to award a five-year IDIQ contract (basic plus four options) for Captive Air Training Missiles (CATMs), CATM Mass Simulated Vehicles (CATM MSVs) and miscellaneous associated parts required for sustaining this weapon system. CATM configurations and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) for each configuration are: CATM-120B (NSN 6920-01-411-1295WR, P/N 3819509-106), BEQ: 10 each, CATM-120C (NSN 6920-01-419-2214WR, P/N 3819513-101) BEQ: 60 each, and CATM MSV (NSN 6920-01-522-4117WR, P/N 3819581-1) BEQ: 9 each. The complete list of NSNs/ Part Numbers and BEQs for spare parts will be identified in the solicitation. The Government?s intent is to award on an ?all or nothing? basis with the contract award being based on a source selection process which will evaluate price and past performance. This is a small business set-aside. Numbered Note 1 applies to this acquisition. If a proven source is not identified as providing best value to the Government for this acquisition, First Article testing and acceptance will be required. The Government does not require a separate contract to a proven source for mission essential quantities (MEQs) to cover any First Article testing requirements. This acquisition may/does involve technology that has a military or space application. The only US contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with DLIS and have a legitimate business purpose.
