FA8509-04-R-61540 Buyer: Sandy Weickert, Contracting Officer, (478) 926-2747, Email: Sandra.Weickert@robins.af.mil PCO: Denise Pollard, Contracting Officer, (478) 926-2478 1. The Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC) SOF/CSAR Contracting Division is currently planning an acquisition for SOF/CSAR integrated aircraft modifications. This acquisition is offered for competition among eligible 8(a) concerns only. NAICS code 336413 (1,000 employees) will apply to this acquisition. 2. This effort will involve SOF/CSAR aircraft modifications including, but not limited to: structural, avionics, radar, electronic warfare, and DeMODs (removal of obsolescence). Technical manuals will require update to reflect modifications. Some of the SOF/CSAR aircraft are: AC-130H/U, MC-130E, MC-130H, MC-130P, MH-53J/M, HC-130P/N, HH-60G, and UH-1N. 3. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic year and four (4) option years is contemplated. The minimum order amount for this contract is $100,000 and the estimated maximum is $96.7 million. FAR Part 15 source selection procedures will be utilized. 4. Estimated Milestones: Risk Assessment Workshop (18-19 Feb 04), Draft RFP (30 May 04), Final RFP (15 Jul 04), Receipt of Proposals (15 Aug 04), Award (30 Oct 04). 5. The solicitation will be issued without further notice.
