- Description
- The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking potential contractors to provide all labor and materials to remodel a room at the Blackfeet Service Unit, PHS Indian Hospital, Browning, Montana in preparation for the installation of a CT scanner. The magnitude of the requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is November 3, 2004, with a closing date of December 3, 2004. This project is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program of 1988, Public Law 100-656. Specifications and plans will be available for inspection without charge at the Office of the Indian Health Service, 2900 Fourth Avenue North, Billings, Montana. There is also no charge for the solicitation documents. Contractors provided with the Standard Form (SF)-1417, Pre-Solicitation Notice, should respond in Block 14 whether your company is interested in bidding on the project or not and returning the form to the Billings Area IHS.
