- The Rexford Ranger District of the Kootenai National Forest anticipates awarding a contract for janitorial and cleaning services for the Eureka Ranger Station located in Eureka, Montana. Work will consist of cleaning about 20,000 square feet of office, restroom, and conference room space located in 4 buildings. A pre-bid tour is scheduled for 21 Oct 2004 at 1000 local time. Propsective bidders shall meet at the main Ranger Station building. The contract will consist of a base year and 2 option years. Award will be made on a best value basis to the contractor offering the best combination of price, experience, and service.
