- U.S. Government seeks office space in Tucson, AZ through sole source procurement. As required by 41 U.S.C. 253(f), this serves to provide notice that the U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a succeeding lease of approximately 18,000 Rentable Square Feet of office and related space at 1201 East Valencia Street to house the Department of Homeland Security ? Border Patrol Maintenance Facility. A new contract will be created to reflect a 3-year, 1-year firm term lease. The short term sole source lease is required to satisfy the agencies needs until such time as the new long-term facility is available for occupancy.
