Description
U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 9,430 rentable square feet of contiguous Class A office and related space along with 26 outside parking spaces and 4 secure parking spaces for the U.S. Minerals Management Service in Houma, LA. This space should yield approximately 8,200 usable square feet. By occupancy, the building must meet GSA Asbestos criteria, GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid. In no event shall the offeror enter into discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration. Offered properties must be located within an area bounded by: Woodland Ranch Road to Hwy 56. South on Hwy 56 to Klondyke Road. From Klondyke Road to Hwy 24 North. From Hwy 24 to East Park North. From East Park to Prospect East to Hwy 660. Now, back to East Park to Howard Ave. From Howard Ave. to South Van. From South Van to Grand Calliou Road South. From Grand Caillou back to Woodlawn Ranch Road. This area has been delineated because of its proximity to the Houma Airport. Lease Term: The Government desires a 20 year term with Government termination rights after the 10th year of occupancy. Written Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building Name and Address 2. Rentable square feet and proposed rentable rate per square foot 3. Offeror?s name, address, phone number, and e-mail address 4. Responses by other than the property owner must include written permission of the owner to offer the space. A market survey has not been scheduled yet.
