- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to solicit services to perform installation of SUBSAFE Material Identification and Control (MIC) Level I and High Data rate (HDR) Antenna System Mechanical Group (MMG) installations onboard U.S. Naval submarines. Contractors shall be certified by the Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC to perform work on SUBSAFE systems and be listed on NAVSEA Notice 5000, in order to be eligible for contract award. The government shall elect to award a single contract or to award multiple contracts for the same or similar services to two or more sources. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract is contemplated. The period of performance is 60 months. Anticipated release date for the solicitation is 15 November 2004.
