Description: The Government has a requirement for the training, force protection and base support services of SWAT students at the Counter-Terrorism Special Operations Training Facility in Baghdad, Iraq. Mobilization will begin at time of contract award and training will begin on 16 October 2004 and last until 17 July 2005. The solicitation will be issued on 13 September 2004 and proposal are required not later than 18 September 2004 at 2359 Baghdad time.
