Description

Provide ambulance services to transport VA beneficiaries for the VA Healthcare Network Upstate NY at Batavia, NY. Service will be required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. ALS (Advanced Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) ambulance services are required. Contract will be for the period of November 1, 2004 through October 31, 2005 with two 1-year options. Solicitation documents will be available o/a 10/21/04. NAICS code is 621910. Small business size is $6 million.
