Description: The Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA), 400 7th Street, S.W., Room #7104, Washington, D.C. 20590 hereby announces the completion of its A-76 streamlined competition of a portion of its Administrative Support functions announced July 7, 2004.? The competition involving 12.7 FTEs was conducted in accordance with the provisions of OMB Circular A-76 and Public Law 108-199.? The Performance Decision is that the work will remain in-house and be performed by a new Most Efficient Organization (MEO) made up of 11 RSPA employees. ?
