Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Internal Medicine Specialist services to be provided for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution, Manchester, Kentucky. The services will be performed on individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices and the period of performance consists of a 12-month base period plus one additional 12 month option period. Contract award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government. The solicitation will be available on or about October 15, 2004 and will be distributed solely through this website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the website.
