- Construction of a two-story, 3000 square foot addition to the existing Dufur Office Ranger Station Office, including electrical service improvements, HVAC, telecommunications, ADA improvements (requiring the installation of an elevator in the existing structure), site work, landscaping, paving and associated drainage utilities required for parking lot improvements. Estimated price range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Dufur Phase III Addition project is located on the Barlow Ranger District of the Mt.
