- This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for 34 Items. The first NSN is 5306-00-119-1745. This procurement is for a two year base. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 100 days. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for three(3) additional years. These are not Qualified Products List (QPL) items. Price and past performance are of equal value.
