- Amendment 0004: RFQ HSCG38-04-Q-500023 is hereby amended to include the following information: It is not the government's intent to design a test stand. Offeror's quotes should include information regarding specifications, options, etc. Offers should state requirements pertaining to their offered test stand such as water requirements, temperature, flow, etc. and provide detailed specifications on their product. The closing date for receipt of quotes is not extended. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-JUL-2004).
