- Subject requirement is a 3-year Multi-Year Contract Action Minimum Buy Qty is four(4)each/Maximum Buy Qty is twenty-seven (27) each/Minimum Order Qty is four(4)each/Maximum Order Qty is twenty-seven(27)each/Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) for the 3-year requirement is eighteen(18) each ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: 31Aug04. No telephone solicitation requests will be accepted. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of the SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible Source Approval for future awards. Government-furnished drawings are not available. The following notes apply to the procurement: Note A, Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict Confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Due to the complexity and criticality of this part, only actual manufactures that have successfully completed all testing required by the original company responsible for the design, can be considered approved sources for this item.
