- MOD:This synopsis is being amended to address the addition of the MH-60S series of the Multi Mission Helicopter to the effort listed below. All references to the MH-60R listed below should now read MH-60R/S. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a sole-source cost plus incentive fee delivery order under contract N00019-03-G-0014 to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration ? Owego (LMSI-O), 1801 State Route 17C, Owego New York 13827, for design, development and integration and test activities of the Joint Common Missile (JCM) for the MH-60R Multi Mission Helicopter. This effort will include software and hardware design, development and integration, flight test and fleet introduction support, integrated logistics support related to the MH-60R, engineering change proposal preparation and submittal, analysis, software support, technical, administrative and financial data. As the sole manufacturer and developer of the MH-60R weapon system, including the system?s Common Cockpit and mission avionics, LMSI-O is the only contractor with the experience and technical data necessary to produce and integrate the MH-60R JCM capability into the mission management subsystem. See numbered note 22.
