- Vessel required: clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag tanker capacity to carry 235,000 BBLs (29,578 LT) (intentions JP8), clean petroleum product. This RFP is essentially a re-issue of the requirement previously solicited via RFP number N00033-04-R-5152. Please note the following changes: - Change intended discharge port. - Change cargo amount and type.
