- Potential Offerors are advised Amendment 3 to the Final RFP which revises Attachment 13 and response to question 21 to the Final RFP (Second Set) have been posted to the FedBizOpps. We have also uploaded the Source Selection Plan; the SSET and SSAC membership names have been removed. Offerors are advised the Contracting Officer is not anticipating answering any further questions. If additional questions are received it will be the determination of the Contracting Officer as to their disposition. If any further responses are provided as a result of further questions the proposal due date(s) will not change. Proposals shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer at: ASC/TMK, 1350 Aberdeen Ave. S.E., Bldg 20200, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico 87117-5536. Due dates for submittal of proposal volumes have not changed and are reiterated as follows: PAST PERFORMANCE, VOLUME V IS DUE 14 OCT 2004. ALL OTHER VOLUMES (I THROUGH IV) ARE DUE 28 OCT 2004.
