- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 has a requirement to purchase One (1) brand name or equal Atlantic Filter Model ATL-S390048/480 QC/E , Two (2) water softening System Consisting of two (2) fully automatic metered control valves. Contractor shall provide new equipment and install, remove and dispose of old system KISCO, Model #TDV-6672-4?. Phone or fax requests for solicitation will not be accepted. Solicitation will be issued on or about October 6, 2004. . A site visit has been schedule for October 13, 2004 @ 9:00am. Contractors shall contact the Contracting Officer at 561-422-6516 to confirm attendance. Solicitation due date is on or about October 21, 2004 @ 2:00 P. M. Request for Quote (RFQ) 548-05-268 can be down loaded off of VA Business Opportunities System (BOS) website, http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or http://fedbizopps.gov after issue date.
