- PLEASE NOTE - THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL OCTOBER 1, 2004. The work will be island construction for restoration or creation of wetland areas, McCurtain County, Oklahoma. Mobilization, 1 LS; 1500 yd3 excavated swale, 1 EA; 1200 yd3, excavated swale, 8 EA; 1000 yd3 excavated swale, 5 EA; 500 yd3 excavated swale, 10 EA; circle pits, 15 EA; islands, 7 EA; embankment removal, 200 LF; and seeding 30 AC. All quantities are estimates. Performance time is 111 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $45,000 - $100,000. This procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business. The North American Industry Classification Code is 237990. There is a site showing scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on October 18, 2004. Meet at USDA-NRCS Idabel Field Office, 201 N. Central Ave., Room 124, Idabel, Oklahoma. Bids may be mailed to USDA NRCS, 100 USDA, Suite 206, Stillwater, OK 74074, or hand-carried to USDA NRCS, 100 USDA, Suite 213, Stillwater, OK 74074. BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 1 P.M. ON OCTOBER 27, 2004. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
