- All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered for this three-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (one base year and two one-year options). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved source is Mason Electric (81579). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described section M of the solicitation. NSN 5999-01-308-5390 Item Description: Data Entry Joystick. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: Mason Electric (81579) P/N 876-4112. Delivery Requirement is 200 days. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point is destination and the Inspection and Acceptance points are destination. This contract will cover quantities ranging from 10 each to 150 each. The solicitation will open on October 15, 2004 and close November 15, 2004. See Numbered notes 12 and 26
