- PROCUREMENT (P) 14 -- PRISM ASSEMBLY, BORESIGHT W31P4Q-04-R-0218 AMSAM-AC-LS-MC, VIVIAN JENNINGS, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 256-842-6115. *****ATTENTION*****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO VIVIAN JENNINGS, AMSAM-AC-LS-MC, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 256-842-6115. YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST. **TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED** (EMAIL: vivian.jennings@redstone.army.mil ) SYSTEM: TOW, PRONS: D13N5054 AND D14N5055, Nomenclature: PRISM ASSEMBLY, BORESIGHT, NSN: 1450-01-269-7411, PN: 13281215. This proposed acquisition is for a requirements contract which will be segregated into five (5) program periods with orders to be iss ued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. The known quantity is 382 and the maximum quantity is 630. This requirement r equires one (1) each, first article submitted for testing. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 245 days after contract award. 100 days for first article, 30 days for ALT II contractor test, 115 days for production quantity. Delivery Schedule without first article test is 115 days after contract award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated abo ve. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not ava ilable. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest, that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportuni ties in connection with this procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Foreign firms are reminded that all request for solicitations must be processed through their respective embassies. Request for proposal will be issued to Raytheon Company Div. Missile Systems, 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ 85706-9367 (Cage Code 15090). All responsible sources may submit a bid /proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, ATTN: AMSAM-AC -LS-MC, FAX Number 256-955-7737. The most recent representative unit price and quantity relative to this acquisition is NSN: 1450-01-269-7411, Award date: 29 Sep 1999, Qty: 53 each, Unit price: $8,743.18. The Government provides this price history withou t assuming the responsibility for any resulting conclusions or interpretations that may be made.
