- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 423710. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is one that is equal to or less than 500 employees. This Request for Quotation is being submitted as 100% set-aside for small businesses. This is a commercial purchase. Contractor?s quotes shall include pricing for the following line items; 0001- Cylindrical lock with wrap plates and installation (35 ea) MFR: Kaba-Ilco Model: Solitare 850. 0002- Software for locks and keys (1 ea) MFR: Kaba-Ilco PN: 135-509232FCD. 0003- Card encoder for locks and keys (1 ea) MFR: Kaba-Ilco PN: 502839-2NA. 0004- Card keys for Kaba-Ilco locks (200 ea). Award will be made to the responsible, responsive offeror who provides the best overall value to the government.
