- Pr No. YPG04261000664: This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Cylinder, Tank Hydraulic. There is only one approved source, Arkwin Industries, Inc Cage 98391. NSN 1650-01-010-5057. P/N 1711009-206. Terms: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Requested delivery is 256 days after receipt of order (DARO). The quantity is 92 each for a base year with provisions for a 100% quantity option. Configuration control applies. This is a Critical Application Item. QAP 003. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
