- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), 1131 Chapel Crossing Road, Glynco GL, intends to award a sole source contract to National Native American Law Enforcement Association, Ronald Reagan Buidling, 1300 PA Ave NW Ste 700, Washington DC 20004 for 2004 NNALEA Training Conference Registration Fees for 125 tribal police chiefs and government leaders for October 28 through October 30, 2004 in Las Vegas, NV. The requirement is for conference registration fees only, specifically, the 2004 NNALEA Training Conference, Las Vegas NV. This synopsis is a notice of intent to award under other than full and open competition and should not be viewed as a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by the date identified above will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The following provisions in their latest editions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercials Items; FAR 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; FAR 52-212-4, Contracts Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items with addendum that the Government will not pay taxes where an exemption applies. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Executive Orders; Commercial Items and the following additional clauses therein apply: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Transfer-Central Contractor Registration. All potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration System.
