- Description
- The requirement is for grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Activities, San Diego, California. The successful offeror will provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision etc. necessary to perform ground maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Activities, San Diego. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification Code is 561730 with a size standard of $6 million. The period of performance will be for a base period and four one-year options. Award will be made on a best value basis considering price and past performance. Past performance information will be required. Services will be procured using procedures in FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HSCG89-04-R-650J99. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be available electronically by accessing http://www.eps.gov/ on or about July 23, 2004 and close on or about August 13, 2004. All vendors will be responsible for obtaining any amendments from that site. No paper copies of the solicitation and/or amendments will be distributed. This is a first time acquisition, therefore, no previous contract information is available. This acquisition was previously advertised under solicitation HSCG89-04-R-650EE9 as a 100% Hub Zone Set aside and is being re-solicited as a small business Set-Aside.
