- Description
- The Air Armament Center (AAC) at Eglin AFB FL, has a requirement for Base-wide custodial service. The contractor shall provide all items necessary to perform Custodial Services for facilities located on Eglin Air Force Base, Florida and surrounding compounds. The performance period will be 1 Jul 04 through 30 Jun 05 with four (4) 1-year option periods. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. Please state that you qualify as a small business against the size standard. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. Size standard is $14.0 million. The solicitation will be posted on the Electronic Posting System approximately 8 March 04, which can be accessed at http://www.fedbizops.gov. The solicitation package and any amendments will only be available electronically. No paper copies of the solicitation package will be mailed. Once the solicitation is posted, it is imperative that interested parties review the web site frequently for any updates/amendments. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be conducted to ensure interested contractors have a chance to familiarize themselves with the requirement. The date for this visit along with the closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the CCR Internet site, www.ccr.gov.
