- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Transportable Range Acquisition System (TRACS) Solicitation Number: AAI020410-04-001 which was posted on August 19, 2004. This modification issues the draft RFP and attachments and notifies potential offerors of the due date for comments and questions on the draft RFP. All comments and questions pertaining to the draft RFP must be received by October 8, 2004. Please address all comments and questions in writing and send via email to stacey.mills@mail.dfrc.nasa.gov. Telephone questions or comments will not be accepted. Arcata anticipates posting the answers to any questions received and the final RFP on or about October 25, 2004 with a response date for proposals of on or about December 20, 2004. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/DFRC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=24 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
