Description
UU.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS APPROXIMATELY 11,815 RSF OF OFFICE SPACE FOR LEASE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS (SFO# 2TX0147) REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office and related space consisting of approximately 11,815 rentable square feet, which will yield a minimum of approximately 10,272 BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 10,786 BOMA usable square feet of office space for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space will be occupied by Internal Revenue Service. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years; Five (5) years firm term. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Office and related space may be contiguous or non-contiguous in a maximum of two spaces. Space should be highly secured with 24 hours access to the building. Building should contain a number of general parking spaces for visitors and employees. Buildings with parking below the building will not be considered. Controlled access parking for employees is preferable. If on-site parking is not available, secure employee and visitor parking must be available within 600 feet (or two blocks, whichever is less) of the office and must be within commercial rates. Regularly scheduled (throughout the day) public transportation must be available within 600 feet from the building entrance. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in an area bounded by the streets shown below. Offered properties which front the boundary line streets will be considered to be within the area of consideration. NORTH: Almeda-Genoa Road EAST: 2 Miles East of I-45 SOUTH: Galveston County Line WEST: 2 Miles West of I-45 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 7, 2004 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3) Square footage offered. 4) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
