- This is a notice of the Governments request for quote for one Raycell Blood Xray irradiator for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Ave. N.W., Washington, DC 20307. Solicitation number is W91YTZ-04-T-0208. Vendors must be FDA-approved fo r the manufacture, sale, and distribution of the Xray irradiator. All interested parties must be registered in the Contractor Central Registration (CCR), www.ccr.gov, in order to receive an award. This solicitation will not be set aside. Interested partie s may request a copy of the solicitation by emailing laura.tomitz@na.amedd.army.mil. No phone inquiries will be entertained. Bids shall provide detailed information on the proposed products which clearly meet the requirements as stated in the above.
