Description

The ACA, ARCC, Directorate of Contracting, Fort McCoy, WI intends to negotiate a sole source contract with TLC Systems, 4 Wheeling Ave, Woburn, MA 01888-2025 for 7 each fire transmitters, Signal Comunications model DTX-H1-R1-N104, radio master box w ith a NEMA-1 cabinet, sixty hour standby battery, TBA-1K-11 antenna, and a wall mount bracket kit. These transmitters must function with the existing Signal Communications Vision 21 Radio Receiving system and Radio Response Computer Aided Dispatch system that is installed in two locations at Fort McCoy, WI. The resultant contact will be a firm fixed purchase order using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirem ent. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received within four (4) business days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The DOC, Fort M cCoy, WI intends to award a sole source contract five (5) business days after publication of this notice.
