- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4664-04-T-0018 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. This is a 100% small business set-aside; NAICS code 333999 size standard of 500 employees. Generates nitrogen required for servicing C-17 CO2 Life Raft bottles and purging Liquid Oxygen carts and patient oxygen converters. 1 ea: model NM-90-100 Membrane Nitrogen generator or equal, 1 ea: built-in Oxygen Analyzer ceramatec model 1100 or equal, 1 ea: Nitrogen Receiving/Storage Tank, 1-60gal tank, size: 20?x52?, weight: 152lbs., relief valve, ball valves, gauges and pressure regulator, 1 ea: Bauer N2 high pressure booster cmpressor model G 15.1 or equal, 15 horsepower, 46? x 43? x 58? wieght 800 lbs., electrics: /460 volts/60hz/3 phase, 1 ea: zander high pressure filtration package for N2 booster high pressure cylinder manifold with pigtails (5,000 PSIG) requires high pressure storage cylinders (5,000 PSIG K tanks) automatic maintenance program (AMP) for generator, mfr: On Site Gas Systems, Inc. or equal; The following provisions and clauses applies to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? commercial items is required to be completed and submitted together with your quote, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders-commercial items (Oct 2003), 52.209-6 Protecting the government?s interest when subcontracting with contractors debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment, Any award resulting from the solicitation will include DFARS Clause 252.237-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. Section 1008 of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2001 requires any claims for payments (invoices) under DoD contracts to be submitted in electronic form. Wide Area Workflow-Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) is the DoD system of choice for implementing this statutory requirement.
