- This is not a presolicitation notice or a buy action pursuant to FAR Parts 2, 12, or 15. This is however a sources sought synopsis market research survey pursuant to FAR Part 10 to identify pontential sources, large or small business, with the capabilities to provide the 900KW diesel driven genrators as described in the attached capability survey purchase description. Potential sources interested in responding to this survey should read and complete the attached market survey capability documents (8 questions) and return them IAW with the instructions contained therein. The particpation of foreign sources has not been determined at this time. Large and small businesses may respond. The government will not reimburse any contractor for participation in this survey. Responses are due 25 October 2004 close of business.
