- This is not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Market Survey to identify sources that posses the expertise, capabilities, and experience necessary to meet the Air Force requirements necessary for providing a concept definition, redesign, prototyping, testing, and certification of a new Power Supply for the Advanced Medium Range Air-To-Air Missile (AMRAAM) Launchers, LAU-12X/ LAU-139 and any derivatives of such. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. The extent of foreign participation or level of security clearances required to receive a solicitation has not yet been determined. Therefore, participation in this survey may not necessarily result in your company being able to participate in the solicitation. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. Joint ventures or teaming arrangements are encouraged. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 ($23.0M Annual Receipts) Responses to this survey are due prior to close of business Wednesday, 27 October 2004.
