Description
The Operational Contracting Branch (88 CONS/PKBA) of the Aeronautical Systems Center at Wright-Patterson AFB would like to procure: Three (3) COMTECH EF Data, Part Number SDM300L3 Satellite L-Band Modems that include CEFD Standard Front Panel (RX ?F? Type), 90 ? 264 VAC, No BUC Power Supply, TX/RX Duplex 1.0 PPM Stability, 50 Pin Overhead Interface, TUBRO TX/RX CODEC Board (No TX R-S), Standard (USA) AC Power Cord, Variable Data Rate 2.4 ? 5000 (4375 L2) kbps S/W, Viterbi Decoder S/W, Sequential Decoder S/W, 8PSK Modulation S/W, G.703 Overhead S/W, IDR/IBS. Three (3) COMTECH EF Data, Part Number SDM300A Satellite Modems that include CEFD Front Panel, Duplex Configuration, 90 to 264 VAC, 50 Ohm, -5 dBm Power Output, Overhead 50 Pin Interface, Standard (USA) AC Power Cord, Full Variable Rate Software, 2.4 ? 5000 kbps, Viterbi Decoder Software, Sequential Decoder Software, 8PSK Software, G.703 Software, IDR/IBS Software, Size: 19?W x 15.2?D x 1.71?H (1 RU), Weight + 10 lbs. This acquisition will include shipping and handling (FOB Destination) in the quote. This is a Brand Name Acquisition. Interested parties shall submit their quotes by email or fax to the attention of Steve Godby of the Operational Contracting Branch (88 CONS/PKBA) of the Aeronautical Systems Center at steve.godby@wpafb.af.mil or fax (937) 257-3926. Quotes are due to the government NLT 1400hrs EST on 28 September 2004. Offerors shall make clear that their quotes are valid for a period of no less than 90 days. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Any award resulting from this solicitation will include DFARS Clause 252.237-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. Section 1008 of the National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2001 requires any claims for payments (invoices) under DoD contract to be submitted in electronic form. Wide Area Workflow-Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF- RA) is the DoD system of choice for implementing this statutory requirement. Use of the basic system is at no cost to the contractor. Contractors must complete vendor training, which is also available at no cost, at http://www.wawftraining.com. Prior to submitting invoices in the production system, contractors must register for an account at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
