- System/Modular/Freestanding Furniture PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SYSTEMS FURNITURE (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: REMANUFACTURED HERMAN MILLER FURNITURE) 24 SEP04 AMENDMENT 3 TO FA8601-04-T-0191 Due to the fact that the Parts Listing and Drawing posted on 21 Sep 04 did not match up, a Revised Parts Listing along with a Parts Listing of Items the Customer has available for use are now posted that should coincide with the Drawing. The initial posting stated Brand Name or Equal Remanufactured Herman Miller furniture. New product can also be quoted if pricing is comparable. The revised due date for quotes is Monday, 27 Sep 04 at 4:00 PM (EDT). 23 SEP 04 AMENDMENT 2 TO FA8601-04-T-0191 Due to the fact that the parts listing does not match up with the drawing provided in the combined synopsis/solicitation, there will be an extension of the due date for quotes. Further information will be provided once it is obtained. 22 SEP 04 AMENDMENT 1 TO FA8601-04-T-0191 The following clause is added to the combined synopsis/solication: FAR 52.219-6 -- Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (June 2003) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This item is prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There will be no hard copies distributed. No site visit deemed necessary. Wright Patterson Air Force Base has a requirement to purchase systems furniture for the Air Force Research Lab. The contractor shall provide purchasing action and complete operational installation of systems furniture, delivery date eight (8) weeks after receipt of order for AFRL/PFPS, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. Delivery will be FOB Destination. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24 Effective 18 Jun 2004. Solicitation FA8601-04-T-0191 is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214 and the size standard is 500 employees. This procurement has been set-aside for small business. The following is incorporated into the solicitation.
