- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F13DAW42661100 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for certain commercial items found at FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporation provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24 and Class Deviation 2004-00001, AFAC 2004-0804, AETC FAR Sup (15 Apr 2003), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20040625. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 453998 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. CLIN 0001 160 Each Replacement banners and graphics. The replacement banners needed must meet the following dimensions: 36? W x 84? H. It is essential for the government to purchase banners that fit the given dimensions for continuity purposes due to a previous acquisition. Pictures of the graphics are available upon request. Brand name or equal items are acceptable and please include pictures and specifications of the OR EQUAL items offered. These items are to be delivered to 551 E. Maxwell Blvd, Maxwell AFB, 36112 and delivery time is three weeks after receipt of order. Award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors responding to this requirement must include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications?Commercial Items (May 2004), DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certifications?Commercial Items (Nov 1995), and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act-- Balance Payment Program Certificate (Apr 2003) with the quotation. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet, https://farsite.hill.af.mil or http://www.arnet.far.gov.
