Description: VA Connecticut intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Given Imaging, 5555 Oakbrook Parkway, Norcross, GA 30093 to provide a Wireless Capsule Endoscope System. This procurement is under the authority of FAR Part 6.302. All businesses who feel they may be capable of providing a Wireless Capsule Endoscope System shall submit all applicable information to VA Connecticut by 2pm on September 28, 2004. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of VA Connecticut.
