- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential Comprehensive Sanctions Center (CSC) services for male and female Federal offenders in Harris County, Texas area. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, ?Comprehensive Sanctions Center, as revised by CCB, Revision 1 dated December 2000, Revision 2 dated August 20001, Revision 3 dated November 2001, Revision 4 dated May 2002Revision 5 dated October 2003, with Local Modifications by the Houston CCM Office May 2004.? This is a firm-fixed unit price requirement type contract. The services are estimated to be 86% male and 14% female. The estimated number of inmate days is 109,500 (males) and 18,250 (females) for the two-year base period; 56,730 (males) and 9,150 (females) for option year one; 58,400 (males) and 9,125 (females) for option year two; and 58,400 (males) and 10,950 (females) for option year three, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or after September 24, 2004, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
