Description

The Government intends to negotiate, on or about September 29, 2004, on a sole source basis with Enterprising Engineering Inc., a purchase order for Universal Financial Engine and Tax Module & Warehouse software products to support online tax filing by employees of its customer agencies. An automated interface using this software is necessary to allow employees to import W2 data from the agency database while preparing a federal tax return. The proposed contract action is for supply/services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
